Presently, our Market of the Villas is in the growth stage. We plan to Build show house to promote the Sales of the villas and expected to build it in the middle of 2010 and will build up park for public access if the project at 50% stage in development. The Factors of advantage in marketplace of our villas as we have surveys most of the design of villas that is in Bali are the common as there are no garden available at the villas and compared to our design of villas and furthermore the design & Concept of our villas are mixed culture of Bali & Europe while the present villas at the market cater to the needs of Balinese requirement. We compete directly with design and full facilities but there are alternatives to our villas will be in the marketplace. Our villas is unique because of design and the facilities and we have a Competitive advantage because of our recognition and have been praised by few potential buyer of the unique design, luxury villas with facilities that easily access compared to the common villas estate.
Risk/Opportunity
The greatest risks we have in our business today are market risk, pricing risk, product risk and management risk. We feel we can overcome these risks because of we have hired a consultant to advise us on the risk and to have precaution steps in avoiding the risk. The opportunities before us are significant; we have the opportunity to dominate a niche in the marketplace, become a major force in the industry if we can successfully complete this project.

We seek US$ 4.000.000 US$ 11,353,600.07 of additional equity & Financing which will enable us to acquire that land and to built up the villas and there is a great opportunity as it generates high R.O.I and great investment for long term as the Market value of the Land is expected to increase 10% every year at the Location of the Land. We can provide and exit for this loan or investment within 5 years by a dividend of excess profits to the investor or financiers.
Conclusion
